- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in storage administration and support in multi platforms (e.g. Windows, Unix/Linux).
- Experience in the configuration and administration of Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID) storage, Storage Area Network (SAN), Network attached Storage (NAS) and associated components.
- Experience with technical expertise in configuring and administering storage LUNS/volumes, replications.
- Maintain storage of new server integrations, storage allocation and Change Management.
- Experience in storage analysis, capacity planning and performance planning of storage components.
- Proficient in storage administration best practices, new technologies and recommend enhancements and configuration changes for storage optimization and improvement.
- Responsible for regular patching, upgrade and maintenance and ensure compliance to IT security standards.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
